Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer or Engineering Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career within a highly secure and technically demanding environment?

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team of engineers while overseeing the safe, reliable and compliant operation of critical engineering systems at a major UK transport hub with ongoing technical training and career progression.

You''ll take responsibility for planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, KPI performance and day-to-day engineering standards, while developing your leadership and technical expertise.

The organisation operates complex, high-availability facilities where engineering reliability is essential, providing excellent exposure to critical infrastructure and a wide range of specialist systems.

This position would suit an experienced Electrical Engineer or Supervisor, looking for a shift-based role with training and progression opportunities.

The Role:

• Lead, support and coordinate a team of day and shift Engineers
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance
• Shift based role, 4 on 4 off 12 hour day and night shifts

The Candidate:

• Qualified Electrical Engineer/Electrician
• Previous FM/maintenance experience
• Previous supervisory or lead experience
