Your new role Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide proactive, professional and hands-on HR support to headteachers and senior leaders across the organisation.Acting as a trusted advisor, you will manage complex employee relations matters, support organisational change and help leaders identify practical, forward-looking people solutions. You will also contribute to wider People Strategy initiatives, policy development and the continuous improvement of HR services. The position is site-based and requires regular travel across the organisation''s current and future locations.
