This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or someone with up to 4 years'' PQE who is eager to develop their career in property litigation. The role offers flexibility with hybrid working and the chance to work from vibrant offices in Sussex and London.You will manage your own caseload of property-related disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, leaseholder disputes, possession claims, boundary and easement issues, forfeiture, dilapidations and breaches of covenant.
