An established manufacturer of CNC Machinery is looking for a German-Speaking Internal Sales Executive to manage relationships with customers across Europe. Sales experience isn''t essential; strong manufacturing/engineering administration or coordination experience, excellent German communication skills and a customer-focused approach are what matter. The RoleWorking as part of the internal sales and commercial team, you will be responsible for supporting German-speaking customers throughout the sales and order process. Your responsibilities will include:Building strong relationships with key customers in the UK and Europe.Preparing and following up quotations and sales enquiries.Processing customer orders and ensuring information is accurately communicated.Providing customers with updates regarding orders, lead times and deliveries.Handling customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.Supporting the wider sales team with administration and customer management.Assisting with export documentation and shipments where required.Working with customers and internal teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
