Key ResponsibilitiesElicit and define business requirements from a range of internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy before translating them for technical teamsSupport the evaluation, sizing and prioritisation of initiatives across complex, business-critical programmesFacilitate workshops and walkthroughs to align stakeholders and development teams on scope and expected outcomesOversee change delivery from initial concept through to implementation, providing guidance and follow-up support where requiredCoordinate user testing activities and help manage the successful deployment of new solutions and enhancements About You:Proven experience operating as an IT Business Analyst within a structured delivery environmentExperience in fast-moving industriesComfortable working across cross-functional teams spanning commercial, operational and technical disciplinesFamiliar with a range of project and delivery frameworksAdaptable and effective in environments where priorities evolve and multiple workstreams run concurrentlyConfident communicator who can influence stakeholders, challenge constructively and drive progress through evidence-based discussion Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 DOELocation: LiverpoolWorking Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office Immediate start available.
