This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive legal team, providing key administrative support to Partners, Solicitors, and fee earners. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department while delivering a high standard of client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to legal professionals across the team.

• Prepare, format, and manage legal documents, correspondence, and client files.

• Act as a first point of contact for clients, handling calls and enquiries professionally.

• Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and assist with departmental administration.

• Maintain accurate records and support file management processes.

• Assist with billing administration, reporting, and general operational tasks.

• Support the firm''s paper-lite approach by ensuring documents are stored and managed efficiently.

About You

• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.

• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

• Confident communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

• A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach.
