The Role As a Care Coordinator, you''ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive safe, reliable, and high-quality care in their own homes. You''ll be responsible for managing staff rotas, supporting care workers, liaising with families and professionals, and making sure care is delivered in line with CQC standards and individual care plans.
