What You Will Do: - Perform a 50/50 split of planned preventative maintenance and reactive fault finding to keep production running smoothly.- Respond swiftly to machinery breakdowns, minimising production downtime.- Support proactive maintenance strategies, including regular shop floor walkarounds.- Assist with new line installations, equipment moves, and layout changes to optimise production efficiency.- Diagnose and resolve faults on production equipment, including motors, conveyors, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.- Collaborate with production and technical teams to enhance equipment performance while maintaining accurate maintenance records.
