This is an exciting opportunity for someone with house builder experience to join a well-established and award-winning company.Some dutiesMaintain and deliver the build programme in accordance with budgets and forecasts. Ensuring that the final product is to the highest standardWork with Site Staff assisting the Site ManagerLiaison with head office, NHBC and local authority departmentsTimely ordering of materials ensuring the build programme can be achievedEnsure all NHBC inspections are carried out as requiredCarry out hand over inspection of properties to the customers in accordance with our customer care proceduresComplete as soon as practicably possible any customer care defects raised in conjunction with our customer care teamActively encourage a philosophy of safety, progress, quality and innovationKnowledge and experience of managing labour only groundworkers/contractors.Excellent knowledge of construction build programmeStrong commercial awarenessComprehensive knowledge of construction processesExperience of successfully achieving customer service requirementsAwareness of codes of practice that impact on Construction matters e.g. NHBC, Building Regs, ..... full job details .....
