OverviewWe are looking for an experienced construction project manager to deliver the Shirehall and HMAG capital projects. The candidate must have demonstrable experience in delivering large, complex construction projects acting on behalf of Herefordshire Council, ideally with a heritage buildings background. It is preferable that the candidate has construction-related qualifications and has experience in dealing with multiple stakeholder and funding groups.

Responsibilities

Deliver the Shirehall and HMAG capital projects on behalf of Herefordshire Council.

Show demonstrable experience in managing large, complex construction projects; preferably with heritage buildings background.

Engage with multiple stakeholder and funding groups.

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience delivering large, complex construction projects for Herefordshire Council or similar clients.

Heritage buildings background preferred.

Construction-related qualifications preferred.

Remuneration and DeadlineLimited/Umbrella: £90.00 per hour
