This is a newly created role, offering you the chance to shape and develop the role as you see fit. The role Is a Hybrid role based in Milton Keynes but do expect at times to potentially travel so some of our other sites across the UK and Ireland. You''ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support key HR initiatives, drive colleague engagement, and enhance the overall employee experience.
