Our client, a market leading international loss adjusting company, is seeking an experienced Senior Liability Loss Adjuster to join their very experienced field based liability / casualty team The role As a Senior Liability Loss Adjuster, you will be focusing on handling and settling a diverse caseload of third-party liability claims, typically up to £100K.This includes a mix of Employers'' Liability and Public Liability claims, with responsibilities ranging from thorough investigation and report-only cases to managing claims from inception to resolution.You will provide expert advice to policyholders within specified timeframes, ensuring claims are handled efficiently and in accordance with client service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Key responsibilities Establishing liability through detailed investigations, supporting and advising clients on claims issues, and managing client relationships.The role also involves collaboration with colleagues from various business areas, such as Property, Major and Complex Loss, Contractors, and Legal Services, to ensure a thorough and efficient claims process,You will be tasked with covering the South East of England including London, Kent and parts of Sussex, so a full, clean driving license is essential for this opportunity.
