Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to fabricate steel components to specification Performing MIG welding, seam welding, grinding and using fabrication machinery including guillotines, saws, and punch presses Delegating daily tasks and providing frontline supervision to the fabrication team Supporting planning and production to ensure workflow efficiency Acting as the go-to person on the shop floor for operational issues Maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality, and housekeeping Participating in management training and leadership development programmes What do you need?
