Key Duties:Working in the Service Team to manage and book services and maintain maintenance schedules as well as assist on warranty claims and processes. Answering and responding to calls and messages on Depot Overseeing the telematics systems to maintain service schedules Work with managers and team members across both the accounts and service teams. Including working with Service Managers on claims and unresolved issues Process warranty inputs and claims and administer extended warranties where appropriate Generating weekly and monthly reports Assist with administration duties such as clock cards and holiday requestsPerson Profile/Experience: Experience within Administration (preferably within a Service or Maintenance Background) Ideally Automotive / HGV / Plant / Agricultural background - however all Service Experience Considered Agricultural Industry awareness - some basic knowledge of the Farming and Agricultural world.
