Artis HR are recruiting an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join a large organisation in the telecoms sector on a 12-month fixed-term contract.The RoleLead and support large-scale restructures and redundancy programmes, including collective and individual consultationProvide expert ER guidance on complex and high-risk cases during periods of organisational changePartner with HR, legal, and senior leaders to deliver compliant, fair, and consistent outcomesManage sensitive ER matters including dismissals, appeals, and consultation processesCoach and advise managers through change, ensuring best practice and legal complianceAbout YouEssential: Proven experience delivering restructure and change programmes, including redundanciesEssential: Background working within a large organisation, ideally global or multi-siteStrong UK employment law knowledge, particularly around consultation, dismissal, and change managementExperience in telecoms, utilities, or similarly regulated / high-volume environments is highly desirableConfident stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at senior leadership levelCIPD Level 5+ preferredWhat''s On Offer 55,000 - 60,000 salary12-month fixed-term contractHybrid working (Bristol-based)Opportunity to work on high-impact, business-critical change initiativesPlease note: If your profile is of interest, we may contact you by email with a few follow-up questions or to arrange an initial screening call.
