Director of Engineering

Delta Mobrey Ltd is a design engineering and manufacturing company providing products to support the nuclear power, oil & gas, mining, energy and marine industries.- We are recruiting for a Director of Engineering who will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer.-

You will be responsible for managing and developing the Engineering department across 3 Delta Mobrey sites in UK, Bulgaria and Malaysia to include:

• Propose and deploy the Engineering strategy,
• Develop supporting processes and systems,
• Manage Engineering teams across our 3 engineering sites (UK, Bulgaria, Malaysia)
• Develop adequate skills,
• Ensure performance of the engineering department deliverables (On-Time, Quality, Cost)

As the Company achieves its growth objectives, this role will evolve.

Must haves:

1. Significant experience in developing a technological product,
2. Highly analytical and familiar with the data management challenge within the Engineering function,
