About the Role:
As a Sales Administration Team Member, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales team by managing various administrative tasks. Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Setting up new artworks and items on internal systems
• Communicating effectively with our offshore sites
• Creating new artwork briefs and quoting
• Handling daily administrative reporting duties
• Troubleshooting online order queries

Key Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

A genuine willingness to learn
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with IT systems
A confident telephone manner for dealing with customers
Teamwork abilities with a calm approach to working under pressure
An analytical mindset with great attention to detail
Problem-solving abilities and a knack for picking up new processes quickly
