You’ll be working 37.5 hours a week within one of our CAMHS Eating disorder wards at Cygnet Hospital Bury Forestwood.

Cygnet Bury Forestwood offers CAMHS Tier 4 PICU, General Acute and Low Secure services across four wards which provide a defined treatment pathway from admission through to intervention and discharge including rapid assessment and treatment.

Each service user has a bedroom with en suite facilities and a range of communal spaces including a gym, laundry, occupational therapy kitchen, therapy garden and woodland walkways down to the Elton Reservoir.

In addition there is a diverse educational programme teaching a range of subjects available at the on-site school, Forestwood School, which is registered with the Department for Education.

Your day-to-day… Take lead responsibility in undertaking regular care audits Provide clinical leadership, coaching and mentoring for the development of services Maintain excellence through clinical practice development and quality improvement Be responsible for a planned programme of support across your area of focus as determined by the annual plan for Quality and Compliance Be an active member of clinical working committees relevant to role Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge and promote nursing Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained Administer medicines within healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines Why Cygnet?
