Marketing and Social Media Executive

We are looking for a commercially minded Marketing and Social Media Executive to join our small and ambitious Marketing Team. You ll take ownership of engaging content and organic social media while supporting SEO, paid social, digital PR and website development. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines creativity with data-led thinking and understands how great content drives traffic, enquiries and sales. What you ll do Plan, create and manage content across website, Instagram, Facebook and other digital channels. Own the content calendar, organic social activity and community engagement Write website, product, campaign, blog and customer-story content Support SEO, digital PR, link building and paid social campaigns Work with colleagues, agencies, photographers and videographers to produce strong creative assets Track performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush and social reporting tools, turning insight into clear actions. Help set meaningful KPI S for content, social media, SEO and digital campaigns, aligned with wider business objectives Analyse engagement, rankings, enquiries, conversion rates and cost per lead to understand which activity delivers the strongest commercial return. Produce clear monthly reports that explain performance, identify opportunities and recommend actions to improve the quality and volume of sales enquiries.
