Quality Manager A well-established UK-based manufacturing organisation specialising in disposable products for the catering sector is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee and enhance its quality assurance processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining high standards across all operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the business. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership in developing and maintaining an environment focused on quality, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. The position will also support the development and implementation of quality processes aligned with recognised Quality Management Systems and ensure these standards are embedded across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with recognised quality and sustainability frameworks, including relevant food safety and environmental standards. Lead internal and external audits to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable safety and quality protocols.
