We are seeking a Registered Manager in Plymouth to run the day to day operations of co-located services, 1 of which is a residential service supporting 3 adults with Mental Health and 1 of which is a respite home for upto 5 people. Most of the residents are young adults.

The Role

As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Safeguarding
• Managing Staff
• Working with local authorities
• Liaising with medical professionals
• Ensuring compliance with CQC
• Recruitment

The Person

We need someone with prior Registered Manager experience who lives commutable to Plymouth. Ideally this experience would be in either Learning Disabilities or Mental Health and either in supported living or residential care.

The Offer

On offer is a basic salary of -40k to -45k + paid on-call
