Commercial Contracts Manager & Legal Advisor

Location: Manchester, Stockport, Sheffield, Stoke-on-Trent, Chesterfield

The Role:

Take ownership of the full contractual lifecycle for engineered projects, from reviewing NDAs and negotiating contracts through to project governance, claims management and dispute resolution. You''ll provide commercial and non-contentious legal support, helping secure commercially sound agreements while managing contractual risk and supporting successful project delivery.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years'' experience drafting and negotiating complex project agreements

- Strong knowledge of liability, indemnities, warranties, liquidated damages, insurance and performance security

- Confident negotiator with strong commercial judgement

- Degree in Law or Quantity Surveying
