This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex mechanical installations while ensuring compliance with NHS and healthcare-specific regulations. Experience delivering healthcare contracts is essential. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end delivery of mechanical contracts for hospital and healthcare facility projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to budget. Full financial responsibility for contracts including PandL, work quotations, budgeting etc. Liaise with NHS Trusts, hospital estates teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure all work meets stringent healthcare standards. Oversee planning, procurement, and resource allocation across multiple hospital projects. Monitor project/contract progress and proactively manage risk, changes, and potential delays.
