Data Analyst
On behalf of AWE, we are looking for an HR Data Analyst (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract based Hybrid in Reading. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes and supporting a large HR function with reliable insights and quality metrics. You''ll be working in a highly regulated, technical environment where accuracy, confidentiality and good communication are essential. The role blends HR reporting, HRIS support and hands on analysis to help the organisation understand its workforce data and make informed decisions. SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be willing andamp; eligible to undergo checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance. As an HR Data Analyst your main responsibilities will be to:. Extract, analyse, interpret and report data to agreed service levels..
