You will be supporting a commercial lead Senior Quantity Surveyor on a circa £40m Industrial and Logistics project in Bedfordshire, along with other exciting projects across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Cambridgeshire. About the Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include: Support the lead on a circa £40m Industrial and Logistics project in Bedfordshire. Overseeing one or two packages of your own. Report into the lead Senior Quantity Surveyor. About You: To be successful in this role, you should ideally have: An accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES), or the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). Alternatively, a degree with a focus on numerical or technical subjects is advantageous. Relevant HND subjects may include building/construction, civil engineering, structural engineering, or urban and land studies.
