Main Duties and Responsibilities Male Support Worker Ability to support a range of people/young adults with different abilities Be able to provide constant care and support to the service users with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities. At least 2 years Experience working with Mental Health Needs and learning disabilities A desire to work with people who may show signs of challenging behaviour Commit to working with Adults who may be at risk Should be able to do shift Work-Days/Nights/weekends Ability to work as part of a team Peg/tube feeding experience will be advantageous Must have experience administering epilepsy medicine BUCCAL MIDAZOLAM Must be able to obtain employment references covering last 3 yaers of work history Demonstrate expertise in person-centred care for young adults and elderly residents in a residential home setting. Have hands-on experience working with individuals having learning disabilities and a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and regulations.
