Follow industry best-practice guidelines and contribute to the teams ongoing improvement. Write clean, secure, and well-tested software. Coach and mentor more junior colleagues. Support the operation of services in production, including identifying and resolving issues. Assist in the resolution of operational incidents.Should also have experience of: Linux OS configuration, Shell Scripting, Linux application installs. Understanding of AWS Cloud Services Designing and developing ServiceNow custom applications ServiceNow architecture Systems and Network Integrations Leading development teams.
