Job Description: Auto Electrician The Auto Electrician is responsible for the installation, testing, diagnosis, and repair of electrical systems across a range of commercial vehicle builds. Working within a production environment, the role supports the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and road-ready vehicles while meeting safety, quality, and production targets. Key Responsibilities: Install, test, and commission vehicle wiring looms, lighting systems, and electrical components Fit auxiliary electrical equipment including beacons, work lights, cameras, inverters, and related systems Ensure all electrical installations meet required specifications and quality standards Diagnose and repair electrical faults on new and existing vehicle builds Carry out fault-finding on 12V and 24V electrical systems using appropriate diagnostic tools and methods Rectify electrical issues efficiently to minimise production delays Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions Complete work in line with job cards, build schedules, and company procedures Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards and legislation Work collaboratively with production, fabrication, and finishing teams to deliver complete vehicle builds Support workflow within a production-line environment to meet deadlines Communicate effectively with colleagues to resolve build or technical issues Follow all Health and Safety procedures and safe working ..... full job details .....
