You will assemble a variety of components primarily for aircraft interiors, working with materials such as polycarbonate, metals, and composites, ensuring all products meet precise quality standards.Full-time hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 07 15, and Friday 07 30, including a 30-minute lunch and short morning and afternoon breaks each day.Responsibilities• Bond and assemble plastic aircraft interior parts including panels, meal trays, seat backs, literature pockets, and magazine racks.• Follow work instructions and engineering drawings accurately.• Achieve and surpass manufacturing targets.• Prepare and assemble composite components.• Repair and overhaul damaged plastic parts.• Visually inspect and self-certify finished products to ensure quality.• Undertake training and assist with other production and assembly duties as required.• Actively contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency.• Participate in daily and weekly SQCDP board meetings.• Support team goals by delivering quality results.Essential skills• Ability to follow work instructions and interpret engineering drawings.• Previous experience in component assembly.• Experience in aerospace interiors assembly is advantageous.• Competent in using machinery such as band saws, hand routers, drills, and hand ..... full job details .....
