A specialist school in Reading is seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to work with children aged 4 to 16 with behavioural challenges, Autism, ADHD, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will:

• Support children during lessons and unstructured times, promoting emotional regulation
• Implement behaviour plans and help manage challenging behaviours in a consistent, supportive way
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff
• Be part of a dedicated pastoral and therapeutic team
