Provide high-quality, consistent care and support to children aged 7 to 17Work closely with your team to create a nurturing, safe, and structured environmentSupport young people with complex emotional and behavioural needsPromote positive routines, independence, and emotional well-beingBe a positive role model and help young people thriveShift Pattern and Salary
Hours : 8am – 8pm shiftsContract Options : 36, 40 or 48 hours per weekSleep-ins : 8–10 per month (as per rota)Hourly Rate : £14.50Sleep-in Rate : £52 per nightOvertime and additional shifts availableAbout the Organisation

Essential Requirements:Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent recognised Level 3 qualification)Experience working in residential childcare or a related fieldFull
UK driving licenceMinimum age: 21 (in line with Ofsted requirements)Desirable:Experience supporting children with complex emotional needsA calm, consistent, and nurturing approachReady to Make a Difference?
