Windows 11 Support and Integration Specialist (5 months contract)

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Windows 11 Support and Integration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting users through the full integration process, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional service in a high-pressure, financial environment. This role will also involve post-migration support, technical deskside assistance, and collaboration with project teams to meet strict deadlines and targets.Key Responsibilities:User Support and IntegrationSupport users through the full integration and migration process to Windows 11.Provide post-migration assistance and ensure user satisfaction.Deliver training and build strong relationships with end users.Technical Support and TroubleshootingBuild and rebuild devices to meet Windows 11 specifications.Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11-related issues.Complete deskside and technical support queries as required.Support the Project team with tasks, pilots, and initiatives.Attend team calls and contribute to discussions on best practices.Work to meet weekly and monthly targets within defined deadlines.Provide out-of-hours support when agreed in advance to support project milestones.Requirements and Qualifications:Experience and KnowledgeProven experience supporting clients in a

financial environment .Strong background in

Windows 11 troubleshooting

and integration.Excellent track record of delivering
