Transport and Fleet Planning Manager £40''000- 60,000 per annum depending on experience Runcorn Permanent, full-timeAn exciting opportunity for an experienced Transport and Fleet Planning Manager to join a well-established company in Runcorn. We are looking for someone with a strong background in transport planning, fleet planning and logistics operations who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and using data to improve performance. During the first six months, you will lead a national logistics project while learning about the business and its operations. You will coordinate equipment availability, stock movements and service visits, working with internal teams and commercial partners to maintain reliable service delivery. Following this initial phase, the role will develop into broader transport planning, fleet planning and day-to-day operational coordination. You will plan work for approximately 12-15 engineers alongside drivers, vehicles and equipment, ensuring resources are used safely and effectively. You will coordinate the engineers'' schedules and workload without having direct reports, and take ownership of relationships with external transport and logistics partners.
