What you''ll be doing Reviewing and processing customer survey information Communicating with customers via intercom chat. Helping customers with queries and providing a great level of service Booking and coordinating dates for clients. Completing general data entry and administrative tasks. Keeping customer information and records accurate and up to date. About you Immediately available Must be available to stay in the role for a minimum of 3 months. Previous customer service experience is highly desirable. Previous operations or administrative experience is a bonus, but not essential. Full training will be provided on the systems and processes.
