This is a temporary to permanent role, offering a long-term, secure opportunity for the right candidate within a family-like, supportive team.Breaks:1 x 1-hour lunch break (unpaid)2 x 15-minute tea breaks (unpaid)Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesManufacturing cabinets, drawers, and wardrobes to specificationUsing power tools and hand tools safely and accuratelyUsing measuring equipment to ensure precise dimensions and high-quality finishesWorking from handwritten drawings and, occasionally, CAD drawingsAssembling and joining cabinets to specific customer requestsPreparing components for assembly, including cutting, drilling, edging, and finishingCarrying out basic quality checks and making adjustments where requiredEnsuring all work meets quality standards and deadlinesMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshopFollowing health and safety procedures at all timesWorking both independently and as part of a close-knit teamSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience as a cabinet maker or in a similar woodworking roleConfident using woodworking machinery and power toolsAbility to read and interpret drawingsStrong attention to detail and pride in workmanshipReliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employmentWhat We Offer 13.57 per hourTemporary to permanent ..... full job details .....
