We are hiring a Head of Intermediary Relations

We are recruiting for a Head of Intermediary Relations as part of our expansion plans for the next phase of our journey.

You will be responsible for leading, developing and delivering the Society''s intermediary proposition and brand strategy. We want to grow and want to increase market share in our target segments through intermediary usage, retention and increasing our brand awareness and consideration. As with any lender keeping on top of the market trends and spotting new lending areas will be key.

You will be managing the Sales Teams, internally and externally, external Mortgage Club & Network relationships, representing the company within trade bodies and at key industry events.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• The Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives
• Strong understanding of the intermediary mortgage market & regulatory landscape
• Deep understanding and relationships with Mortgage Club & Mortgage Networks
• At least 2 years'' management experience with a deep understanding of the mortgage lifecycle
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong communication skills and strategic mindset
• Proven responsibility for delivery and performance through the leadership and development
• Proven evidence of utilising data and insight to identify and analyse strategic options, with influence to gain agreement to delivery.
• Ability to see outside of the box to transform our proposition and build excellent customer experiences through innovative services, products and relationships
• Proactive and driven individual to inspire & develop our employees

In Return we offer:

• 35 hours a week contract
• Salary -85,000 - -90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
