This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and proactive individual to play a key role in the successful delivery of works within a challenging and fast-paced rail environment.As Site Agent, you will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, to budget, and in accordance with quality standards and client requirements.Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day construction activities on site.Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.Ensure compliance with Network Rail standards, company procedures, and health and safety regulations.Monitor project progress and programme performance.Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and resources.Review and implement RAMS, permits, and work package plans.Manage site documentation, quality records, and reporting requirements.Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project management teams.Support commercial activities including cost control and change management.
