Our client, a leading Accident Repair Centre in Ilkeston, is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer for a twilight shift role. Duties of a Paint Sprayer:

• Prepare vehicles for painting and refinishing, ensuring quality standards are maintained
• Mix and apply paint using advanced refinishing techniques
• Conduct colour matching and blending to manufacturer specifications
• Complete repairs efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards
• Perform final quality inspections prior to vehicle handover
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
• Work collaboratively with the Panel and MET teams to ensure efficient repairs

Requirements of a Paint Sprayer:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer is essential
• Qualified to NVQ, IMI, ATA, or an equivalent qualification (preferred)
• Strong colour matching and refinishing skills
• Ability to operate efficiently in a high-volume environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Full UK Driving Licence is required
