You''ll be involved at a pivotal stage, supporting the journey from technical handover and operational readiness through to occupation and business-as-usual. From Hard FM and smart building technology to contractor management, compliance and business continuity, you''ll have the opportunity to influence how the building operates from day one and how it continues to improve. Competitive salary and package Your responsibilities as Senior Facilities Manager Support the Hard FM operating model and maintenance strategy across planned, reactive, statutory and lifecycle maintenance. Coordinate technical handover and operational readiness, including commissioning, snagging, defects, OandM information, warranties, asset data and PPM schedules. ..... full job details .....
