Occupational Health Manager Location: Manchester City Centre Salary: £50,000 £60,000 + Benefits Full Time Permanent We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of a high-quality Occupational Health service within a busy and established team. This is a senior clinical and operational leadership role, ideal for an experienced Occupational Health professional who is looking to take the next step in their career while remaining clinically engaged. The Role You will provide leadership across a multidisciplinary Occupational Health service comprising: 9 Occupational Health Nurses 2 Triage Technicians 1 Admin Lead 6 Administrators The role is focused on clinical leadership, governance, quality, team management and operational performance. Management referrals are undertaken by the Occupational Health Advisors, allowing you to focus on ensuring the service operates effectively and consistently to high clinical and professional standards.
