Senior Building Services Manager Leeds Permanent circa £85,000 plus benefits SummaryMorson Group are seeking an experienced Senior Building Services Manager on behalf of a key client based in Leeds, who are a main contractor specialising in construction projects across the defence, justice, health, education and retail building sectors.The appointed Senior Building Services Manager will lead and manage the design, delivery, coordination, and approval of MEP services throughout all project phases, from tender through to site completion.This role requires strong technical expertise in MEP compliance and installation, ensuring designs meet statutory requirements and sector standards. You will oversee appointed MEP consultants and subcontractors, driving best value, buildability, and risk mitigation while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate MEP solutions within overall building designs.The role also involves managing design lifecycles, procurement strategies, and performance reviews, with a focus on health and safety, cost control, sustainability, and programme adherence.
