Overview

My client are a well-established Main Contractor who have several divisions including Build, Refurbishment and Maintenance, working across Industrial, Commercial and Retail sectors. They are a well established, financially stable business who have been trading for over 100 years.As a result of growth and having many live sites, they are looking to recruit a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Initially, you would be working on internal and external refurbishments to industrial units and office space across the North West (projects in Manchester and Liverpool). Works would include - rip outs of warehouse/industrial units, installation of mezzanine floors, creation of office spaces within the units, refurbishment of toilet facilities etc.Responsibilities

Managing a site team including Tradesman, Subcontractors etc, ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budgetMonitoring health and safety on siteAttending progress meetings, client meetingsQuality control and progressionManaging Health and SafetySite InductionsRequirements / Experience

The successful candidate must have previous experience managing and delivering fit out/refurbishment projects, and will ideally have a joinery background.Tickets / Qualifications
