As a Painter and Decorator your main role is to carry out painting and decorating to high standard within empty Client properties throughout the Kettering and Corby Areas. This will include minor plastering works, filling and striping wallpaper when required. Key Responsibilities Painting and decorating work as specified to housing stock to unoccupied properties. Internal or external decorating to properties to a high standard. Ability to identify harmful substances for example Asbestos bearing Materials and MDF. To have current driving licences and have experience driving commercial vehicle under 3.5 tonnes.Drive client vehicles for business use and travel between locations as required.
