This role offers a balance of autonomy, clinical complexity, and flexibility, with an initial onsite training period followed by remote working once fully signed off. About the Role As part of the CAS team, you will provide senior-level clinical triage, supporting safe streaming of patients and ensuring they are directed to the most appropriate care pathway. Key Responsibilities Conduct telephone-based clinical assessments for undifferentiated, urgent, and complex presentations.Apply advanced clinical reasoning to determine safe next steps, such as: self-care adviceremote prescribing (where qualified)allocating same-day or routine appointmentsescalating to ED, UCC, mental health, or community services Provide clinical oversight and support for call handlers and other triage clinicians.Deliver disposition revalidation and clinical safety-netting within CAS workflows.Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to governance, safeguarding, and audit ..... full job details .....
