OLG Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Structural Design Engineer for our client located in Scunthorpe. This is a full-time contract position. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Perform structural Engineering assessments for new and existing steel structures (industrial). Produce Design documents, including drawings, reports and surveys. Act as the Technical Lead on projects as and when required. Undertake analysis and design using appropriate calculations and software packages such as AutoCAD, Solidworks Liaise with clients and employees to ensure progress against the design deliverables. Effectively manage your own time to complete all work(s) ongoing. Functional Competencies To demonstrate responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others around you To demonstrate the reporting of any issues, incidents, near misses and good practices through safety management Clean and full UK Driving Licence Experience A degree in Structural Engineering Previous work (min 5 years) or work in a relatable field. ..... full job details .....
