Developing and executing the company’s financial strategy to support business objectivesOverseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk managementProviding strategic financial insights to the senior leadership team and boardEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and tax lawsImplementing financial controls, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and governanceDriving financial planning and analysis (FPandA) to support business growth and profitabilityManaging relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investorsLeading and developing the finance team, fostering a high-performance cultureIdentifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and digital transformation within financeQualifications
