The Role

As Store Manager, you''ll take full ownership of the store, leading your team to deliver excellent customer service while driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance.

You''ll be hands-on in the day-to-day running of the store, setting high standards across customer experience, team performance, visual presentation and operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching and developing the retail team.

• Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance.

• Delivering a premium customer experience and building strong customer relationships.

• Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presentation.

• Managing stock, operations and compliance.

• Recruiting, developing and retaining talented colleagues.

What We''re Looking For

You''ll have experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager within premium fashion, lifestyle, luxury or specialist retail.
