Maintenance Engineer
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be working closely with the Engineering Team and carry out daily mechanical and electrical maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out in line with appropriate Health and Safety instructions and site policies.Client DetailsOne of the UK''s largest food manufacturers with over 13,000 employees across 16 sites. Our client has a strong presence in poultry, chilled and bakery, they also have a known reputation for working with popular brands.DescriptionPerform planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment and machinery.Identify and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime.Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.Ensure spare parts are available and manage inventory effectively.Support the introduction of new machinery and processes.Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off pattern, 4 Days and 4 NightsProfileYou will be an experienced Maintenance Engineer and should have:Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering techniques.Knowledge of site services, CIP, refrigeration, steam boilers, water and effluent monitoring are desirable but not essential.NVQ Level 3 Qualified at a minimumExperience of working in reactive maintenance rolesStrong ..... full job details .....
