This is much more than a standard Senior Manager position. You''ll work directly with the firm''s founders, have significant autonomy over the tax offering and a defined progression route to Head of Tax, Salaried Partner and ultimately Equity Partner.The firm specialises in SMEs and owner-managed businesses, with growing advisory work across tax planning, restructuring, RandD, HMRC enquiries, business disposals and employee/investment incentive schemes.The Role Advise SME owners across Corporate, Personal and Partnership Tax Lead complex tax planning, restructuring, succession and exit projects Advise on EMI, EIS, SEIS and ERS Manage and respond to HMRC enquiries Support the wider accounts team on complex tax matters Build relationships with existing clients and external referrers Generate and develop new Tax Advisory work Recruit and lead the tax team as the department grows Work directly with the founders on the strategy and direction of the Tax practice What We''re Looking For CTA qualified ..... full job details .....
