Registered Manager - Children''s Residential Home (EBD) Oldbury, West Midlands From £55,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience) Full-Time Permanent Monday-FridayWe are seeking an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead an Ofsted-registered Children''s Residential Home in Oldbury (B69).This is a permanent opportunity for a strong leader with proven EBD experience and a successful track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.Key Responsibilities:Full operational management of the children''s residential homeEnsure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children''s Homes Regulations 2015Lead, supervise and develop the staff teamSafeguard and promote the welfare of children and young peopleMaintain high standards of care and risk managementManage care planning and placement stabilityLiaise with Local Authorities, professionals and familiesMaintain occupancy and ensure effective home performanceEssential Requirements:Minimum 3 years'' experience as a Registered Manager in a Children''s Residential HomeExperience supporting young people with EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties)Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)Proven record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted reportsStrong knowledge of safeguarding and complianceFull UK Driving LicenceMust live locally and be able to commute daily to B69Salary:Base salary starting from £55,000 per annum.
